I reached out to this company SEVERAL times to solely fix or replace the door knob of my home. The first time was 05/07/2020. I was told they'd send someone out to my home and get back to me with a quote. The man came and then I didn't hear back from them in a week. So i reached out to Kristen via email on 05/14, the office rep who took my call initially, and didn't hear back from her. Instead Brianne responded on the 05/19 saying they'd get back to me with a quote. It's 05/30 and i'm still waiting for a quote. I definitely can not recommend this company. Perhaps they only do bigger jobs?? Who knows, but good luck!

I give my highest possible recommendation for Flying Locksmith. Great experience with the company! Very knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. I ran across his number after the original locksmith I found online stopped by and I had to give him the boot. He worked with me on about 9 or so locks for our new house and did a great job. He was very helpful and answered all the questions I had. His prices were more than fair as well. If trust is important to you when working with a locksmith, then I would absolutely recommend that you utilize this company services when you need a locksmith.Great service and value for the money spent.
